The "Vivacit RBX" application aims to facilitate the transmission of information to Roubaix Town Hall and its various partners concerning anomalies observed in municipal public spaces.
The information transmitted by users via the application must be considered as working documents which will help the Roubaix Town Hall and its partners to intervene in the public domain.
This information in no way commits Roubaix Town Hall and its partners to take action within a given time frame.
Roubaix Town Hall and its partners remain free to determine the actions to be implemented.
Situations that are dangerous and require the implementation of rapid protective measures must continue to be reported to the emergency services.
Roubaix Town Hall is committed to protecting the personal data that you entrust to it when you register for the Vivacit RBX Application.
In accordance with the provisions of law n78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended by law n2004-801 of August 6, 2004 known as Informatique et Liberts, subject to proof of your identity, you have the right to object, for reasons
legitimate, that the personal data concerning you are processed.
However, such opposition will make it impossible to use the Vivacit RBX service.

This functionality can be deactivated or activated at any time and free of charge.
Deactivation of geolocation by the Application and/or the geolocation of the mobile terminal blocks the related services offered by the Application.
We remind users that photos and comments must respect the privacy and image rights of individuals (no readable number plates, no recognizable faces of people, no personal data such as name or personal contact details).
