Mobile Order Point is a technology platform that allows a company to capture customer orders from modern mobile devices (Android or iOS) in a way that is fully integrated with its internal management systems in force The currently published version is a DEMO so that the interested user can know the features included in the product.
The platform consists of two main tools:
Mobile application for Android or iOS devices
Backoffice 100% web for data management and synchronization
Mobile Order Point allows the customer:
Browse the catalog of articles: through an integrated search engine or manually traversing it through the family tree and product subfamilies
Article selection by QR or barcode: for cases of systems that support it from the source ERP
Place an order: choose as many items as necessary, view the updated subtotals in real time and confirm the order when it is considered complete
Replicate an order: access an order section and be able to replicate one, updating the corresponding costs, to avoid manual loading repeatedly over time
View the current account statement: check the updated account statement, taken directly from the backoffice
Usage reports: offers a series of reports such as "Order History", "Product History by Participation", "Account Flow", etc.
The model is based on a bidirectional scheme:

The data related to customer management and articles in any valid format (web services, Excel exports, files) are extracted (exported) from the business ERP used for internal company management.

2.
A backoffice integrated to the Mobile Order Point platform manages that communication with the ERP and manages the data so that they can be read by devices that have mobile applications installed
3.
Each client's Android + iOS applications communicate with the backoffice to obtain updated data and register new orders (this version published is intended for the final Customer of the company)
4.
The circuit closes with the backoffice informing the business ERP about all registered orders, in a format that the ERP supports (imports of XLS, web services, flat files, etc.)
This cycle is constantly executed, as configured in its implementation and start-up phase, so that mobile phones always have updated data in their communication with the management backoffice.
