The new application includes, as a novelty, the updated files for checking the accessibility of "public spaces", "buildings for public use" and "buildings for private use", approved by the Plenary of the Council for the Promotion of Accessibility and Suppression of Barriers of the Community of Madrid.
These sheets can be completed on site by the surveyor to generate preliminary reports in PDF format during their visits to properties in order to obtain the visa.
This new tool joins the Regulatory Documentation for the reception and quality control of products, equipment and systems, which appeared in the previous version, the utility of the Estimated calculation of waste production and the summary of the Regulatory Framework that regulates the profession with regard to facilities, products and construction elements, both in its state and regional aspects.

APParejadores 3.0 also presents other new features, such as Video playback and access to the BIA magazine, which until now could only be read or downloaded through the website.
