You can do it using our Android online emulator.
This is a fun little addition to MTG that I found on the internet many years ago.
I decided to make it into an android app.
Chaos Rules
The Chaos Phase is before your untap phase.
You roll one Chaos Roll each Chaos Phase.
(Phasing happens at the beginning of this phase)
You MUST take the roll.
All costs MUST be paid even if the roll fizzles.
All Chaos Rolls are colorless in nature.
At the start of the game the starting player rolls in EnchantWorldLand.
When a player drops to or below 0 life, they get healed to 0 life and get one last roll.
If the roll gains the player life they stay in the game.
No spells or effects are allowed in the chaos phase unless the EWL says they are allowed, or unless the roll says that you can.
All triggered effects still trigger in the chaos phase.
All creatures that are untargetable by spells/effects are still untargetable by chaos rolls which specifically target them.
The EnchantWorld is considered an Enchantment.
All counterrolls and rollforks are considered to be rolls themselves, so you can counterroll a rollfork, for example.
If a chaos roll stats Cost: Effect you may pay the cost multiple times during this chaos phase.
If your life drops below 0 due to gaining a Persona, instead it drops to 1.
When your maximum hand size increases, you may draw up to that many cards.
